My client based in Hempsted are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic candidate to join their team as an Operations Administrator. Initially it will be a 2 month contract, however it is likely to be as long as 6 months with potential to go permanent.
This is fantastic opportunity to join a progressive, family run business in which will be an extremely varied role. The successful candidate will maintain a consistent and proactive approach in several key areas of the business including Order Progress, Credit Control and Artwork Approvals.
-Contact suppliers to confirm delivery dates and chasing delivery details
-Assist the artwork studio with chasing suppliers/manufacturers for artwork proofs
-Contact clients requesting customer feedback via Trustpilot
-Chase clients for overdue payments
-Some of the key duties above are carried out mainly using email but it is essential that any candidate applying for the role is also comfortable with using the phone for chasing clients and suppliers
-Strong administration experience
-Excellent numeracy & literacy skills
-Fully conversant with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel
-Previous experience in a customer facing role using phone and email.
-Any experience in order progress/credit control is a huge bonus.
-Excellent organisation, communication and negotiation skills
Hours– Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
