Catherine has over 15 year’s recruitment experience. Cath started her career in recruitment working for an international specialised finance and accounting recruitment agency, before joining a well-known National High Street company. Her last employer before starting this business was an established local independent agency based in Gloucester.
This 14 years’ experience has given her a great insight into, not only recruitment on all different levels, but also the needs of running a business and how important the right people are. Cath has built some great relationships with clients and candidates alike producing repeat business, loyalty and recommendations. Cath has been instrumental over the years in helping many employers, especially when working together with direct business owners & directors to build productive teams resulting in their businesses growing and becoming very successful.
Cath always believed there was a place in the market for a local recruitment agency that placed emphasis on the value of the clients and candidates, and it was this belief that prompted Cath to form Anderson Recruitment. The company has a great reputation, and Cath believes that a lot of hard work, mixed with fun and establishing great relationships will only bring further success to Anderson Recruitment.
Before setting up Anderson Recruitment with Cath, Karen held Senior Management positions for close to 20 years with her last three full time positions held as Sales & Marketing Director for large PLC companies.
With her great experience and knowledge, Karen has managed the selection, training, development and management of employees, giving her a great insight into these processes from an employers and employees perspective. By bringing this experience to Anderson Recruitment Limited in Gloucester, Karen is in a great position to assist companies with all aspects of their recruitment process.
As an experienced Sales & Marketing Director, Karen will continue to work towards attracting the highest standard of employees and organisations, and retaining them by ensuring the service levels and support delivered by Anderson Recruitment are only of the best standards.
Karen is the rock of ARL and the staff rely on her for most things both work and personal!
Emma joined us in August 2014 from a previous career in insurance working as a Claimant Legal Advisor for a very large company in what was a very customer focussed role. Emma’s role as a Claimant Legal Advisor was extremely challenging and required a high level of Customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
Emma decided to change her career path because she is very much a people person and wanted to work in a more customer facing environment. Emma is extremely approachable and understanding with a very helpful nature.
Emma joined us as a trainee and has worked her way up to Senior Recruitment Executive. Emma works very closely with Cath in training new members of the team as well as supporting the other staff. Emma is a key fit within the team and a pleasure to work with.
After finishing her A levels Becky joined us in July 2017 as an Apprentice studying for a Diploma in Business Administration which she has successfully completed. After finishing her apprenticeship Becky worked as our company Business Administrator where she offered support to our clients and candidates along with assisting our Recruitment team and also training our apprentice. After a short period working as Recruitment Coordinator, Becky has now been promoted to a Recruitment Consultant.
When not in work Becky enjoys going to the gym, fashion and spending time with her family and dog Oscar.
Mollie joined us in July 2019 as an Administrator and has recently moved across to join the Recruitment team as Recruitment Coordinator. Mollie will now be responsible for supporting the clients and candidates along with assisting our Recruitment team whilst also helping to train our latest apprentice.
Before joining Anderson Recruitment Mollie worked for a very large supermarket as well as a well-known local hairdresser, in both these earlier roles she gained exceptional customer service skills which coupled with her positive ‘can-do’ attitude makes her very suitable for her current role.
In her spare time Mollie enjoys fashion, photography and visiting places of interest such as Castles & Museums.
Rhea joined Anderson Recruitment in November 2019 as an Apprentice Administrator and successfully achieved a diploma in business administration in December 2020. Rhea is now our company Administrator and an integral part of the team. After finishing her A levels, and before joining Anderson Recruitment, Rhea worked in a very large retail store where she gained valuable people skills and lots of Customer Service experience.
Out of work Rhea enjoys holidays, walking and spending time with family, friends, and pets.
Oakey is 2 years old, he now comes to work most days and loves being an integral part of the team. Spends most of his days taking it in turns having cuddles with the team members, snoozing or lying by the window keeping an eye on what's going on. Aside from treats or walkies, meeting new people is one of Oakey's favourite things so being part of the recruitment team is ideal for him! He can do lots of tricks, sit, lie down, speak, fetch and has recently learnt roll over, such a clever boy
