• Medical Customer Service Administrator – CMA120

    Our client based in Stonehouse are currently recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Administrator to provide excellent customer service to customers including patients, GP surgeries and Healthcare professionals. Endorsing of prescriptions to fulfil customer orders.  Ensure customer queries are resolved in a timely manner and any health concerns are referred to the Nursing team.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Processing and dispensing paper and electronic prescriptions

    - Chasing outstanding prescriptions

    - Accurately input patient data and product requirements

    - Receiving calls from: Patients, Carers, GP’s, GP surgeries and Healthcare Professionals

    - Develop relationships with patients, sales team and Healthcare professionals

    - Manage courier queries relating to deliveries and collections

    - Following up with Patients, GP’s and Healthcare Professionals

    - Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure product fulfilment

    - Works with Team Leader to generate ideas in the development of departments processes and systems

    - Attend on-going training to ensure knowledge and understanding of products, medical conditions, Anatomy and Physiology

    - Management of complaints when required for products, service and couriers - 

    - Assist with Product Recalls

    - Sorts and files completed prescriptions in preparation for month end submission

    - Ensure that key department tasks are managed effectively and that tasks are not exclusive to any individual and by willing to assist other team members to achieve department service levels

     

    The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and an empathetic nature.  Ideally with experience in the care or health sector and used to taking high volumes of calls.

     

    Salary – £20-23k plus excellent flexible benefits package, private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contribution, income protection and 25 days annual leave (this can be flexed to 30 days).

     

    Hours - Monday – Friday - 8.30am – 5pm with one hour for lunch
