Our client has a successful track record in providing the marketplace with innovative solutions, services and award-winning products. Hybrid available, 3 days office & 2 days work from home.

     

    Our client is looking for an ambitious individual who is looking to start or develop a career in the IT industry. The successful candidate can expect full training through a three-month development program, where you will receive ongoing training and support. There is also the possibility of endless future progression opportunities. The role is based in Gloucester in a fun and friendly office.

    Although some hands-on IT experience and /or qualifications would be advantageous, our client would also welcome applications from individuals who hold exceptional customer service abilities, as long as you are competent with IT systems and have the desire to learn.

    Responsibilities:

    - Answering emails, calls and online chat in a positive and friendly manner.

    - Taking ownership of support requests ensuring they are resolved to the customers’ satisfaction.

    - Quickly identify problems that need to be escalated to the next level of support.

    - Creating a record of each customer problem and administer the process.

    - Educating the customer where possible, to reduce their need to contact support.

    - Promote and provide support for new products.

    - Maintain an up to date knowledge of our products, technologies and their competitors.

    - Escalation of issues to senior technical teams where appropriate.

    Hours: 40 hours per week on a shift basis (covering the hours of 7am to midnight) 5 out of 7 days per week.  Hybrid available, 3 days office & 2 days WFH.

     

    Salary: £24,200 (this is made up of a basic salary of £22,000 plus 10% very achievable bonus) – There will also be the opportunity to earn commission on products sold + 27 days annual leave + bank holidays, Contributory pension scheme, Private healthcare & life assurance, Employee assistance programmes, Cycle scheme, Free parking, Free soft drinks, fruit and coffee.
