Our client based in Quedgeley, Gloucester who are a leading manufacturer in the construction sector are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business who like to keep ahead of the game, be on top of technical advancements, environmental demands and provide efficient solutions in a fast-paced industry. 



-Dealing with inbound calls and emails

-Take and process sales orders

-Handle customer enquiries regarding deliveries, orders, discounts, part numbers, pricing etc

-Raise credit notes

-Deal with queries related to carrier and delivery notes

-Liaise with both internal teams across the group and external business partners


Candidate Attributes;

-Must be a team player

-Ability to work under own initiative

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Have a pro-active approach

-Good customer service background preferred


Hours- Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm


Salary- £24,000
