• Commercial Support Coordinator – TW010

     

    Excellent opportunity to join our client based in Cinderford that have a great working environment, along with an attractive salary and annual bonus. They really do look after their staff, and this is proven with the very low staff turnover that they have. This will be on a temporary basis, likely duration to be up to one year.

     

    Responsibilities:

    -You will support the company’s AML/Due diligence procedures to responsibly onboard new customers.

    -You will be responsible for conducting an annual review of all customer accounts.

    -You will perform checks of all daily transactional steps that are required to adhere to the four eyes principle.

    -You will handle daily transactional work in order to support customer settlements

    -You will also create and calculate customer payments.

    -In addition, you will also undertake general Administrational support to the other members of the team.

     

    Candidate Attributes:

    -Must have administration experience.

    -Good level of IT literacy, in particular with Excel, alongside excellent communication skills.

    -Experience with AML processes would be beneficial but not essential.

    -Excellent customer service experience.

    -Excellent organisation skills.

     

    Salary - Up to £22,000

     

    Hours - Monday – Friday – 36.75hrs
