• Order Administrator – ELP177

    My client based in Gloucester are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic candidate to join their team on a permanent basis as an Order Administrator.

     

    This is fantastic opportunity to join a progressive, family run business in which will be an extremely varied role. The successful candidate will support the Account Managers with administration and enter orders onto the system and manage delivery schedules.

     

    Responsibilities/Duties;

    -Creating quotations will be a core activity (full product training provided).

    -Liaising with clients and suppliers via email and phone

    -Arranging for product samples to be sent to clients as requested.

    -Order management - entering orders onto the ERP system and managing through to delivery

    -Order progress – keeping track of orders in the system and liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure we meet delivery deadlines.

     

    Candidate Attributes;

    -High level of attention to detail

    -Excellent organisation, communication and negotiation skills

    -Able to communicate effectively at all levels

    -Capable of working as part of a team

    -Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment

     

    Hours– Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

     

    Salary- £20,000
