My fantastic client based in Stonehouse, Gloucester is currently recruiting for Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global medical research company who focus on strong customer orientation and innovative, top quality product solutions.
-Sales order processing, including standard, call-off and scheduled order types.
-First point of contact for customer-service enquiries, co-ordination of queries ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed.
-Co-ordination with Hauliers.
-Development of product knowledge to support the field-based team when offering alternate products.
-Handling customer complaints.
-Proactively updating related parties with lead times until fulfilment of orders.
-Previous customer service experience
-Excellent telephone manner
-Ability to pick up new systems
Hours- Monday- Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm
Salary- Up to £22,000
