My fantastic client based in Quedgeley are currently recruiting for an Apprentice HR Administrator to join their enthusiastic and highly motivated, expanding business!
The HR team is now looking for support due to continued growth. This exciting role will provide the successful candidate with full training and support to achieve and build the skills needed to develop as an HR Generalist.
This is an excellent opportunity for growth and development within HR and a perfect role for any person looking to start their career in HR and gain a nationally recognized qualification and become CIPD Level 3 qualified!
-Handle day to day queries as they arise, providing accurate HR advice where necessary.
-Understand and provide support for the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement.
-Understand the value and importance of documentation.
-Provide administrative support, ensuring accurate and appropriate records are kept whilst maintaining confidentiality.
-Assist in the continual improvement and development of HR processes.
-Assist in the continual improvement and update of company policies.
-Ensure current advice is in line with Employment Law.
-Understand legislation and regulatory requirements such as Health & Safety, GDPR, etc.
-Provide support to the HR Manager.
-Excellent communication skills
-Positive and well organised
-Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
-Adaptable, cooperative with a willingness to learn.
-Work independently if/when required.
-GCSE English and Maths, Grades 9-4/A*-C, is an entry level requirement.
Hours- Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm
Salary- £10,725-£12,792 depending on experience
