Our fantastic, growing client in Quedgeley, is looking for a Part-Time Administrator to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis.


Office experience is a must and previous payroll experience would be an added bonus but not essential as these elements of the role can be taught.  The successful candidate will benefit from a supportive team environment around you as you learn the role over time.


Daily duties include:

-Add new clients to company system.

-Manage queries.

-General administration

-Checking timesheets.

-Manually entering mileage/ expenses.

-Rejecting incorrect timesheets.

-Communicating via phone or email with other offices to discuss any amendments to be made by the temp or by the client.

-Entering hours manually onto company payroll software.


Weekly duties include:

-Setting up new workers on database and system.

-Dealing with training deductions.

-Checking invoices.

-Creating Excel files with invoicing details on (for client or for internal use).

-Dealing with temp worker’s P45’s.


Hours: 4 days per week, 9am – 5pm (office based).  Flexibility on start/finish times can be offered. 


Salary: £11.50 - £13ph
