• Order Processing Administrator – BA420

    Our fantastic client based in Tewkesbury have a new requirement for an Order Processing Administrator to join their friendly and growing team on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role will be to assist the Customer Relationship Manager in providing exceptional service to all customers. Previous experience within a similar position would be highly desirable.

    Key Responsibilities;

    - Process sales orders

    - Process requests for return of goods for return/repair

    - Ensure that all files are kept updated and orders are fulfilled in line with current work instructions

    - Dealing with invoices

    - Complete shipping documentation and ensure correct and ready for despatch

    - Ensure customers are kept updated with relation to the progress of their orders

    - Complete any other tasks on the request of the Customer Relationship Manager

     

    Candidate Attributes;

    - Previous customer service office experience

    - Microsoft office skills

    - Good communicator at team and customer level

    - Accurate data entry skills

     

    Hours; 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday (flexible on start and finish times)

     

    Salary; £22,500 per annum
