• Senior Financial Services Administrator – BA499

    Due to company expansion, our growing IFA client based in Highnam, Gloucester, have a new opportunity for a Senior Financial Services Administrator to join their fun and friendly team on a permanent full-time basis.

    You will be responsible for supporting 2 Directors and 1 Adviser as well as supervising junior colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the administration and back-office operations of the Practice.

    Key Responsibilities;

    - Updating client spreadsheets

    - Chasing all applications through to completion

    - Completion of ID&V

    - Preparation of all new applications for new business, together with any invoices & supporting documents

    - Completing final application checks, including fund checks

    - Updating the back-office system

    - Complete submission sheet in full and upload all relevant documents

    - Make any amendments to existing policies accordingly

    - Client Withdrawals

    - Follow-up check in after completion


    Candidate Attributes;

    - Experience of working within an IFA Practice would be highly beneficial

    - Experienced in a Senior Financial Services position is crucial

    - Excellent administration capabilities

    - Written and verbal communication skills

    - Financial Services qualifications would be advantageous


    Hours; Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

    Salary; £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience
