Due to continued growth, our friendly and thriving client in Kemble are looking for a Customer Service & Account Manager to join their dynamic team in Kemble on a full-time, permanent basis.

 

In this role, previous customer service experience is essential, and in return, you will benefit from an excellent office working environment, supportive and friendly team, 25 days holiday + bh, free parking, hybrid working and more.

 

Responsibilities

-Process relevant enquiries and follow up accordingly.

-Record all client interactions accurately on system.

-Maintain call schedules, including both pre-defined and CRM-generated calls.

-Manage assigned accounts for customer success, ensuring regular value milestones are reached.

-Aim to achieve online reviews from satisfied clients.

-Conduct online training sessions for interested clients each week.

-Provide overview training for both new and existing clients.

-Deal with client price increases as necessary.

-Assist the wider team in training new employees on company systems and services when necessary.

-Any other ad-hoc duties to support the wider team and company as required.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:00pm + Hybrid working once trained of 2 days a week from home if desired

 

Salary: Up to £27,000 + lots of benefits including:
