My fantastic client based in Dursley are currently recruiting for a Customer & Data Analysis Administrator to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.
The Customer Service role is a vital part of the Supply Chain team ensuring that customers are receiving the highest quality of service. By creating strong relationships with customers and colleagues the Customer Service team is a vital resource in helping to maintain grow the company’s reputation.
-Monitoring of orders placed and liaison with third party warehouses to ensure that orders are being delivered as per the expected schedule.
-Notifying key customer contacts of any potential supply issues and agreeing corrective action.
-Use of customer portals to track delivery performance, identify issues and report back.
-Monitor order forecasting spreadsheets to ensure minimal delays with upcoming orders.
-Previous customer service experience ideally within FMCG environment
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to build strong relationships
-Strong IT skills, especially within Excel
-Good telephone communication skills
-Methodical and thorough approach to work
Hours – Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Salary- Up to £23,000
