• Customer Service Administrator – BA537

    Due to growth, an exciting permanent opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Administrator to join a very successful company, who are one of the UK’s leaders in their field!

    This well-established client based in Quedgeley, have gone from strength to strength and due to demand the Customer Services team has doubled in size in the past year.

    They are open to considering individuals from a range of different backgrounds even including retail and hospitality, as long as you hold excellent customer service experience both face to face and via telephone, they need you!

    Please note, this is not a call centre vacancy, you will typically take 20 – 30 calls per day. The main purpose of the role is to build positive rapport with customers, ensuring that all orders, queries, refunds, and calls are dealt with efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities;

    - Taking inbound calls from customers, approximately 20 – 30 calls per day

    - Creating an ongoing positive working relationship with customers

    - Liaising with customers regarding orders over email & telephone

    - Placing customer orders

    - Liaising with couriers

    - Dealing with delivery enquiries and tracking

    - Producing invoices

     

    Candidate Attributes;

    - Competent IT skills

    - Good team player

    - Previous customer services experience

    - Great telephone manner

    - High attention to detail

    - Ability to multi-task

     

    Hours; Full Time, Rota Basis:-

    Week 1-3 –Monday – Friday - 8:30 -17:00

    Week 4 – Monday – Friday - 10:30 – 19:00

    Week 5 – Monday – Friday - 07:00 -15:30

    Week 6 – Monday – Wednesday 08:30-17:00 & Saturday & Sunday 09:00 -17:00

     

    All weekend hours are worked from home!

     

    Salary; £20,000 per annum starting salary
