• Purchasing Administrator – BA256

    Our fantastic and established Gloucester-Based client is on the look-out for a Purchasing Administrator to join their friendly team on a permanent basis.

    This a great opportunity as the company are well-established and looking to grow even further, so going forward progression opportunities could be available for the right candidate. To be considered, you must be an experienced Administrator and previous experience within a similar role would be highly preferred. 

    Key Responsibilities;

    -Responsible for regular communication about deliveries and lead times with relevant

    departments within the business

    -Checking order confirmations are precise and updating the system to ensure relevant data, including shipping & delivery dates, prices & quantities are accurate

    -Managing the stock delivery and logistics process from purchase through to delivery

    -Regular communication with suppliers, arranging deliveries as required

    -Arrange Purchase Orders

    -Monitoring stock levels and assisting with regular stock checks

    -Assisting the wider Purchasing team with day-to-day administration duties

     

    Hours; 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

     

    Salary; £18,000 - £20,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits Package (25 Days holiday + bank holidays, onsite parking, free dental + eye check-ups)
