Brand new opportunity for an Administrator to join our successful and expanding client based in Barnwood, Gloucester on a permanent basis.
The purpose of the role will be to process reports and estimates in a timely manner and will involve working with Technicians, Policy Holders and other professionals.
-Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and letters.
-Liaise with staff, customers, and insurance contacts to maintain good working relationships
-Maintain the diaries for operational duties and keep the technicians updated
-Create and keep updated records and databases.
-Compiling, sending estimates and ensuring that all paperwork is correct up to invoicing stage.
-Maintain health and safety standards of staff at all times within the office environment.
-Responsible for highlighting Trades on Trade Pack in line with calendar entries.
-Responsible for calendar and all bookings
-Ensure all closing paperwork is present and checked to ensure fast invoicing times from client.
-Closure of jobs.
- Previous administration experience.
- Experience with a CRM system is desirable but not essential.
- Strong IT skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience dealing with claims would be beneficial
Hours - Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm
Salary - £18-22k depending on experience
