Our industry leading client based in Barnwood, Gloucester has an opportunity for an administrator to join their small and dynamic team on a part time basis for a period of 3 months.

The successful candidate will be a key team member for the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities;

- Daily sales order entry

- Despatching orders on the system

- Handling incoming and outbound post

- Answering incoming telephone enquiries and assisting with relaying order progression updates

- Raising sales invoices

- Inputting customer orders and processing purchase orders

- Maintenance of multiple databases and spreadsheets

- Assisting with chasing payments


Candidate Attributes;

- Previous administration experience

- Computer literate – the ability to pick up new IT systems quickly

- Experience of basic accounting duties i.e. raising invoices, would be highly beneficial

- Good organisational skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Hours; Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week


Salary; £12,000
