My fantastic client based in brand new offices in Hardwicke, Gloucester is currently recruiting for a Key Account Administrator join their expanding team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have strong customer service experience and ideally come from a sales background.
-Manage all daily enquiries from assigned customers, specifying products & pricing, and assisting with any sales related tasks.
-Pass all aftersales to Customer Success.
-Follow up pro-forma invoices on Sage on a regular basis.
-Daily check of incoming orders to update CRM system Sage
-Action all enquiry follow ups.
-Manage CRM system – work with Key Account Manager to enter call notes, rep meeting notes, record action points, etc.
-Ensure all deals are accurate and up to date with correct close dates, and all won/lost deals updated.
-Organise for samples to be sent to customers when required.
-Send out proactive selling emails to customers and deal with subsequent enquiries.
-Previous experience in a similar role is desirable

Hours- Monday-Friday. 8am-5pm
Salary- Up to £25,000
