Brand new permanent opportunity to join a dynamic, growing, and supportive company based in the heart of Gloucester.  This is newly created position which will give the successful candidate the opportunity to make the role their own within a supportive team environment, also offering the potential to progress within the company if desired. 

This part time role offers the benefit of flexible working and the opportunity to work from home one day per week. 


- Making travel and hotel arrangements
- Administration management for PPE and equipment
- Managing the fleet vehicles maintenance

- Managing insurances

- Booking training courses for staff
- Opening post

- Diary management for the MD


To succeed within this role, you will have Microsoft Office skills including Word and Outlook, as well as a working knowledge of basic Excel.


Hours – 30 hours per week which is very flexible and negotiable to suit the right candidate.  1 day working from home can also be offered. 


Salary – Up to £12 per hour + 25 days holiday!
