My fantastic client based in Tewkesbury are currently recruiting for Case Managers to join their team on a permanent basis.
This opportunity would suit candidates who have a medical, fitness or well-being background and are able to show a strong sense of empathy on the phone whilst being able to investigate and fact find on each individual case.
-Establish the current reason for ill health/injury and identify any underlying cause or contributory risk factors.
-To gather sufficient information from the member via assessment process.
-Communicate effectively the issues associated with the current episode of ill health/injury and how they can personally address the risk factors.
-Access the most appropriate treatment intervention via the NHS or private sector for the medical condition.
-Source appropriate treatment providers whilst adhering to the guidelines outlined.
-Ensure that costs are managed to ensure they are fair and appropriate and no greater than regional averages.
-Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers.
-Previous office experience.
-Confident telephone skills with ability to be empathetic.
-Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Experience within a medical, fitness or wellbeing environment.
Hours- Monday to Friday, hours between 8am-5.30pm on a shift basis
Salary- Up to £30,000 depending on experience.
