Our client based in Quedgeley, Gloucester who are a well-established business that provide products and efficient solutions in a fast-paced industry are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.

-Dealing with inbound calls and emails

-Take and process sales orders

-Handle customer enquiries regarding deliveries, orders, discounts, part numbers, pricing etc

-Raise credit notes

-Deal with queries related to carrier and delivery notes

-Liaise with both internal teams across the group and external business partners


To apply although previous office experience is beneficial, it is not essential if you have the right attitude and personality. You must be reliable, proactive with excellent communication skills. 


Hours- Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm (1 hour lunch break)


Salary- £24,000 + free on-site parking + 25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays) + Christmas shut down + cycle to work scheme + employee deals and discounts on big brands + complimentary hot and cold drinks
