My fantastic client who has over 30 years of expertise in their field are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their team on permanent basis.
Based in Sharpness, the successful candidate will be the point of contact for customers with queries about products, order and deliveries and provide support for sales reps.
-Process orders via email or phone
-Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
-Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
-Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
-Maintain and update sales and customer records
-Communicate important feedback from customers internally
-Stay up to date with new products and features
-Proven work experience in a similar role
-Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
-Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
-A team player with high level of dedication
-Ability to work under strict deadlines
Hours- Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm
