• Scheduling Administrator – ELP466

    My client based in Stonehouse are looking for a Scheduling Administrator to join a small and friendly team on a permanent basis.

     

    This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with administration experience or a candidate with current scheduling experience.

     

    Responsibilities/Duties;

    -Scheduling Void works ensuring customer needs are met in terms of service, reliability, quality and responsiveness

    -Call handling

    -Organise sub-contractors

    -Source, purchase, and progress materials

    -End-of-day tasks e.g., check/print job sheets

    -Progress outstanding jobs

    -Update customer Date Sheets

    -Accurately register Gas Safe, NICEIC installations and warranties

    -Administer engineers’ holiday forms

    -Data interrogation and query resolution

     

    Candidate Attributes:

    -Previous administration experience

    -Experience within scheduling would be desirable

    -Excellent phone manner

    -Good experience in using Microsoft Office

    -Proven ability in problem solving and working to deadlines

    -Enjoy being part of a team

    -Be client orientated

     

    Hours- Monday- Friday 8.30am-5pm

     

    Salary- £22,000
