Our thriving telecommunication industry client based in Cheltenham, are looking for 2 Customer Service Assistants to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis, which could have the potential to lead to permanent opportunities for the right candidates!
To be considered, you must be enthusiastic, IT literate and hold an excellent telephone manner. If you have experience of working in a customer service focussed role, this would be highly advantageous.
The main purpose of the role will be to answer incoming telephone calls, deal with enquiries and transferring the calls through to the relevant person/department when required.
This will be on a rotating shift pattern, week 1 will be 8am – 4pm (Monday to Friday) and week two will be a later shift of 12pm – 8pm (Monday to Friday), this will equal to 35 hours per week.
Upon successful training, the later shift pattern could be available to be worked from home if preferred. However, full training will need to take place in the office initially.
Hourly Rate; £9.07 per hour
