• Administrator – ELP496

    My fantastic client based in Mitcheldean are currently recruiting for an Administrator to support their accounts team on a permanent basis.

     

    The successful candidate will be apart of the accounts and legal team and will provide administrative support to both teams

     

    Responsibilities/Duties;

    -Manage the distribution of copy invoices, credit notes, timesheets and statements to Clients and Partners when requested within a set deadline

    -Be successful with the completion of confirming first invoice calls within 7 days of processing

    -Update all in-house systems with timeline of events

    -Update Client records and contact details so information we hold correlates with details received from all incoming communications

    -Assist with managing the collections and payments email inboxes for the department

    -Respond promptly and fully to internal and external queries, communicate with all parties as necessary with changes, updates and progress

    -Assist with report production as per requirements

     

    Candidate Attributes;

    -Previous administration experience would be an advantage

    -High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

    -Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines

    -Excellent telephone manner

     

    Hours- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

     

    Salary- £20,000
