• Receptionist/Administration Support – BA500

    Our small and well-established client based in Cheltenham Town Centre is looking for a Receptionist/Administration Support to become a valued member of the team, on a permanent part-time basis. FREE PARKING ON SITE!

    The company are on an exciting journey of growth and innovation, so now is an excellent time to join. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible in supporting the administrative needs of the Conveyancing team.

    Key Responsibilities;

    - Provide an excellent front of house service both via telephone, email and face to face

    - Answering and transferring incoming calls

    - Maintaining the reception area

    - Assisting with filing

    - Keep on top of company post

    - Ordering necessary supplies

    - Additional administration duties as directed by the team

     

    Candidate Attributes;

    - Strong administrative skills

    - Attention to detail

    - Personable and helpful approach

    - Team player

    - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

     

    Hours; 20 – 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday

    Salary; £22,500 pro rata
