• Clinical Service Administrator – CMA119

    Our well established, successful and expanding client based in Stonehouse are currently recruiting for a permanent Service Administrator to join the team.  This is an office-based role. 

     

    Responsibilities:

    - Administer Service Centre inbox; processing orders and answering queries when necessary and take responsibility for picking, packing and dispatching spare parts and consumables.

    - Communicate with customers regarding queries relating to equipment being booked in.

    - Assist with queries coming through on the Service Centre and phone lines.

    - Arrange UPS collection of customer units.

    - Receive, decontaminate and book in equipment received by the Service Centre, either for repair, or reprocessing units received back from loan & clinical education courses.  Using appropriate personal protective equipment.

    - Arrange dispatch and collection of loan units when criteria is met.

    - Answer front door and direct visitors to appropriate person.

    - General Office Administration- filing, scanning, photocopying.

    - Learn support tasks for clinical education team and provide assistance when required.

     

    Candidate Attributes:

    - Good PC skills.

    - Ability to write correspondence, to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. 

    - The employee will be regularly required to stand, walk, sit, uses hands to finer, handle or feel. The employee may also be required to kneel or crouch for packing up of equipment.

     

    Salary – £20-23k plus excellent flexible benefits package, private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contribution, income protection and 25 days annual leave (this can be flexed to 30 days).

     

    Hours - Monday – Friday - 8.30am – 5pm with one hour for lunch
