Catherine has over 20 year’s recruitment experience. Cath started her career in recruitment working for an international specialised finance and accounting recruitment agency, before joining a well-known National High Street company. Her last employer before starting this business was an established local independent agency based in Gloucester.

This 20 years’ experience has given her a great insight into, not only recruitment on all different levels, but also the needs of running a business and how important the right people are. Cath has built some great relationships with clients and candidates alike producing repeat business, loyalty, and recommendations. Cath has been instrumental over the years in helping many employers, especially when working together with direct business owners & directors to build productive teams resulting in their businesses growing and becoming very successful.

Cath always believed there was a place in the market for a local recruitment agency that placed emphasis on the value of the clients and candidates, and it was this belief that prompted Cath to form Anderson Recruitment. The company has a great reputation, and Cath believes that a lot of hard work, mixed with fun and establishing great relationships will only bring further success to Anderson Recruitment.

Cath is very much a home person, when not at work she will be spending time with her family and being a mum to her two children Tate & Peyton, she is a huge foodie and enjoys cooking, trying new recipes and dining experiences.  Cath loves shopping, walking her dog Oakey and is certainly partial to a good glass of wine or 2!
