Karen Anderson

Director

Karen formed Anderson Recruitment with her daughter Catherine in November 2011. Before this Karen held senior positions as Sales & Marketing Director for large PLC companies within the property Industry for close to 20 years.

Karen has a wealth of experience with the management of employees and is responsible for all HR processes within the company, along with all other systems needed to run the company and back of house procedures such as accounts and payroll.

Out of work Karen enjoys walking her Cockapoos Bunny & Percy, gardening, and cruises abroad. In addition to this Karen has a touring caravan so she can take her dogs on holiday in the UK.
