Mollie joined us in August 2019 as an Administrator before getting an appetite for the recruitment side and moving over to join the team just 4 months later. A passion for networking and an eye for detail means she leaves no stone unturned and believes in taking the time to getting to know both clients and candidates alike.

A big believer in ‘Work Hard / Play Hard’ you’ll find her filling her weekend with a pub quiz or music event with a soft spot for UK Garage. When not socialising, she’ll be trekking some sort of incline - be it in Slad, the Malverns, Pen Y Fan or most often her favourite - Robinswood Hill.

As with the rest of the Anderson Recruitment team, she’s an animal lover and although she’s not a current owner, she has the Hedgehog Helpline on speed dial and has been known to offer up her dog-sitting services to anyone that will listen.
