Mollie joined us in August 2019 as an Administrator before very quickly getting an appetite for the recruitment side of the business and moved over to join the team just 4 months later! Over the years she has continued to prove that she is a born natural recruiter, committed, driven, passionate and literally has the patience of a saint as well as being the nicest and funniest person you will ever meet! 

As with the rest of the Anderson Recruitment team, Mollie is an animal lover and has recently become a dog Mum to the most gorgeous little boy Lockie (aka Lockstar) who is a 4 year old French Bulldog!  Mollie and her partner Cal rehomed Lockie from a family that couldn’t give him the attention and care he needs - it is safe to say that Lockie has fully got his feet under the table, we are all completely in love and can’t remember life before him.

If there could be an ever be an advocate for ‘Work Hard / Play Hard’ it would be Mollie, she always has a weird and wonderful plan in mind for her weekends and it’s impossible to not have fun when she’s around.
