Recruitment Executive

Tia Joined Anderson Recruitment in September 2021 as a Trainee Recruitment Coordinator. Initially Tia began assisting with the administration side of the business and then went on to train as a Recruitment Consultant which she has completed successfully and has since been promoted to Recruitment Executive.

Tia loves customer service and really enjoys building a relationship with both clients and candidates.

At work you’ll often find Tia delving into her snack drawer, constantly snacking on sweet treats!! Out of work Tia enjoys the odd night out and getting her glam on however, her favourite part of the night is going home for a nice cup of tea.

Tia loves spending time with friends and similar to the rest of the team she is a massive animal lover and actually has 2 dogs, 2 horses and chickens!
